Terms of Service

Last updated October 22, 2026. These terms are between you and Scan & Shoot ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Scan & Shoot is a web application that turns supplier manifests into labels, attaches phone photos to items, and exports product drafts to third-party listing platforms you connect (such as 3Dsellers, Shopify or Sellbrite). We provide the tool; you are responsible for what you list, where, and for complying with each platform's own rules.

2. Your account and workspace

You must provide a working e-mail address and keep it current. You are responsible for everyone you invite to your workspace and for what they do in it. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Don't share sign-in links, and tell us at support@scanandshoot.com if you believe your workspace has been accessed without permission.

3. Your content

Manifests, item data, photos and anything else you upload stay yours. You give us the limited right to store, process and transmit that content solely to run the service for you — including sending it to the destinations you connect when you choose to export. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a listing platform you authorize us to use the credentials or permissions you provide to create and update products there on your instruction. Those platforms have their own terms, fees and limits, which you remain bound by. We are not responsible for their availability, their changes, or anything they do with content after it leaves our service.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, at the price shown when you subscribe, plus any applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund partial months unless the law requires it, except that if you cancel within 14 days of your first charge we refund that charge in full, no questions asked. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail. A free or trial plan may be limited or ended at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to list counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods, to attack or overload our systems, to scrape or resell the service, or to upload content you don't have the right to use. We may suspend or close a workspace that does.

7. Data retention and deletion

Photos are deleted automatically 30 days after the item they belong to is exported (you can change that period in your workspace). You can delete items, batches, photos and connected platforms yourself at any time. To delete your whole workspace, e-mail support@scanandshoot.com from the address you signed up with. After cancellation we may delete your workspace and its data after 60 days. Our privacy page describes what we store.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue the service we'll give at least 30 days' notice and let you export your data.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular, we don't guarantee that manifests will be read correctly, that photos will match items, or that exported drafts will be accepted by any platform — review your drafts before you publish.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scan & Shoot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload, listings you publish, or your breach of these terms.

12. Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if required by law, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by e-mail or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
